Shipping policy

kísa is sold by Forest Roads LLC.

pre-orders. we charge the full price when you order. pre-orders ship within 13 weeks of your order, from our first production run, and we'll email you the exact ship date as soon as it's set. you can cancel any time before your order ships and we'll refund you in full: email hello@itskisa.com with your order number. if your order can't ship within 13 weeks, we'll email you before then, and you can cancel for a full refund.

where we ship. the lower 48 states and DC. we don't ship to alaska, hawaii, US territories, military (APO/FPO) addresses or outside the US.

cost. shipping is free.

tracking. we'll email you a tracking link when your order ships.

damaged or wrong order? email hello@itskisa.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund it.
