Refund policy

kísa is sold by Forest Roads LLC.

pre-orders. we charge the full price when you order. pre-orders ship within 13 weeks of your order, from our first production run, and we'll email you the exact ship date as soon as it's set. you can cancel any time before your order ships and we'll refund you in full: email hello@itskisa.com with your order number. if your order can't ship within 13 weeks, we'll email you before then, and you can cancel for a full refund. we ship to the lower 48 states and DC, and shipping is free.

after it ships. because kísa is a drink, we can't take back cans once they've shipped. if your order arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, email hello@itskisa.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund it, your choice.

refunds go back to the card you paid with. your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.
